• Identify the top 3-5 journals in the field to publish in.
• Tailor your research to the journal's interest and the reader.
• Use the conference as the first drafts of journal publication.
• Dedicate work time for thinking and writing.
• Create a concept idea.

• Read slow and then slower.
• Be multimodal, use graphics as important as words.
